This dynamic role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in face-to-face and online settings.

To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate empathy, cultural competence, and a willingness to learn and adapt. You will also be required to undertake a National Police Check and hold or apply for a Working with Children Check (WWCC) and/or Working with Vulnerable People Check (WWVP), depending on your State/Territory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with local communities, promoting the Red Cross aged and community care services
  • Support new and existing volunteers through training and social events
  • Collaborate with Red Cross staff and other stakeholders to build awareness of our services
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, as required
