Job Title: Building Information Modeling Specialist

About this role:

This leading multidisciplinary company is seeking a skilled professional to coordinate and manage their BIM data sets and workflow. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in using Revit BIM tools, create models to a high standard, and provide technical support and mentoring to the project team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement BIM standards and templates across the organization
  • Manage BIM project data sets and workflow to ensure seamless collaboration among team members
  • Provide training and support to Revit users to maintain BIM standards
  • Conduct quality audits of models to agreed BIM standards
  • Coordinate services, clash detection management, and attendance at coordination project meetings

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Advanced Revit skills with experience in creating complex models
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration and mentoring
  • Strong organisational, planning, prioritising, and time management skills
  • High level of attention to detail and analytical thinking
  • Caching and mentoring skills to develop team members' skills
  • Ability to build strategic working relationships and logical influence others
