Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Certificate III in Children's Services or equivalent qualification;
  • Proven experience working with young children in a childcare or education setting;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment;
  • Strong organizational and time management skills;
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality education and care to children;
  • Knowledge of the National Quality Framework and the Early Years Learning Framework.
