Job Summary

We are seeking dedicated and skilled nurses to join our emergency team in a dynamic and inclusive work environment.

The unit comprises 50 beds and treatment spaces, divided into zones including Paediatrics, Adult acute assessment, Resuscitation, and Mental health assessment.

About the Position

This is an exciting opportunity to gain experience in a growing teaching environment and be part of a leading clinical team.

You will work closely with other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care, using sound clinical decision-making and problem-solving skills.

The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to quality and safety, excellent communication and customer service skills, and the ability to work well independently and within a team.

  • Current Registration with AHPRA
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in an Emergency Nursing environment
  • Post Graduate Certificate in Emergency Nursing (or working towards)
  • Compliance with ACQSHC National standards
  • Sound clinical decision making and problem solving skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Works well independently and within a team
