Logistics Supply Chain Coordinator

The role of the Logistics Supply Chain Coordinator involves ensuring that all contractual supply chain obligations are delivered efficiently by driving effective outcomes that complement and respect internal and external environments.

This position requires the ability to manage inventory, administer reporting, track and control Government Furnished equipment, including data entry, analysis, and reporting. Additionally, the successful candidate will have experience in export control items, Defence ERP control, and utilisation. They will also be responsible for identifying, recording, and managing supply chain risks.

Furthermore, the Logistics Supply Chain Coordinator will provide routine supply chain services, procurement services, stock assessment, codification, and cataloguing services as required. They will also be responsible for managing and administering subcontract and supply agreements outcomes.

To be successful in this role, candidates must have a minimum of 3 years' experience in delivering logistics services to meet the requirements in the Australian Defence Industry. Previous experience working within the Australian Defence Supply Chain system, particularly with MILIS/SAP, is highly desirable. Experience with Defence Export Controls and ITAR, as well as managing Government Furnished equipment or asset management, is also beneficial.

Tertiary qualification within Supply Chain, Procurement, or Operation Management is essential for this position. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. As Defence security clearance is required for this role, applicants must hold an Australian Defence Security Clearance to baseline/NV1/NV2 level or be able to gain one.
