About this Role

We're seeking a dynamic individual to join our Retail Select Team and provide top-notch services in the hardware and gardening departments at a Bunnings store in Swan Hill. You'll work closely with products from Dulux, Selleys, Yates, and Cabots to drive growth and success in the marketplace. As a member of our team, you'll enjoy autonomy and support from your leaders and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Delivering exceptional in-store visual merchandising services aligned to our service level agreements.
  • Supporting, training, and delivering in-store projects.
  • Building strong relationships with the Bunnings and DuluxGroup teams.

In This Autonomous Role, You Will Play A Key Role In Enabling Our Sales Teams To Execute Their Roles, Support Their In-Store Strategies And Provide The Best Possible Shopping Experience For Our Consumers. You Will Also Have The Opportunity To Understand Our Marketing Fundamentals From The Ground Up. Although This Is A Casual Role There Are Multiple Pathways For Development Into Other Businesses Within The DuluxGroup And/or Full-Time Roles.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To Be Successful In This Role, You'll Need:

  • Previous Sales And Merchandising Experience In Retail And Hardware (Desirable But Not Essential).
  • Self-Motivated With Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills.
  • A Valid Driver's License And Your Own Vehicle.
  • Demonstrated Ability To Learn And Effectively Use Technology And Various Digital Applications And Systems.
  • Strong Time Management, Prioritisation Skills, And Own Initiative.
