Manufacturing Operative Role Overview

The Manufacturing Operative plays a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of our production environment, contributing to customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement and adhere to safety management protocols to prevent incidents and utilize reporting systems for continuous site improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with HACCP and GMP processes.
  • Operate food manufacturing equipment with high-volume output, focusing on processing and packaging tasks.
  • Conduct quality control checks, inspections, and audits using software systems.
  • Complete line-level operational tasks.
  • Collaborate within a diverse cross-functional team.
  • Pursue improvement activities, such as Total Productive Maintenance (TPM).
About You
  • Maintain a strong safety culture mindset.
  • Demonstrate high-quality standards.
  • Be adaptable in a cross-functional team environment to achieve production-led KPIs.
  • Must be available to work rotating shifts between morning and afternoon.
  • Have the ability to adapt to working across all production rooms.
  • Demonstrate proven experience in a production or manufacturing environment.
  • Exhibit strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
  • possess in-depth knowledge of production processes, quality control, and safety protocols.
  • Analyze data, identify trends, and implement effective solutions.
  • Display excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Experience with TPM systems is preferred.
  • Able to complete root cause analysis activities.
