About the Role:

We're seeking a highly experienced Project Director to lead and support project delivery and operations for Australia, bringing an empowering approach from project inception to successful handover to Services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with functional teams across APAC to promote teamwork and shared goals.
  • Oversee resource planning for both immediate and long-term needs, ensuring high-quality, safe, and carefully managed project installations for comprehensive EPC wrap.
  • Support continuous improvement through an ISO 9001-certified quality program.
  • Build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders, emphasizing a customer-focused communication style that nurtures transparency, understanding, and collaboration.
  • Participate in business improvement projects, sharing updates and communicating project plans with the battery storage team to foster a shared understanding of goals.

About You:

  • Degree as a state-certified technical engineer and over 10 years' experience in renewable energy, with at least 5 years as a Project Director.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.
  • Proven ability to lead and develop teams, creating an inclusive environment that supports delivery excellence and the growth of complex projects.
