We are seeking a dynamic Senior Partner to lead our National Apprenticeship Program and drive capability across Retail and Commercial Operations.


About the Role

You will play a critical role in building internal capability, including designing, delivering, and evaluating learning solutions that uplift performance and strengthen talent pipelines.

This includes overseeing compliance management of our enterprise RTO, key learning programs, and acting as a trusted advisor to leaders.

Reporting to the Group Learning & Development Manager ANZ, you will work as part of the broader Talent & Organisational Development team.


Main Responsibilities
  • Developing and delivering blended learning programs tailored to both technical and enterprise learning pathways.
  • Collaborating with subject matter experts to co-create content and support knowledge transfer.
  • Leading the end-to-end management of apprenticeship and traineeship programs across Australia.
  • Building strong relationships with apprentices, mentors, and operational leaders.
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory bodies.

About You

As a qualified motor mechanic with post-trade management experience, you will bring:

  • A deep understanding of training and mentoring young technicians.
  • Excellent time and project management skills.
  • The ability to build relationships at all levels.
  • Sound communications skills.
  • Familiarity with RTO compliance and funding opportunities.
