Job Description

ENGIE is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Credit to lead our retail credit function. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing our credit strategy, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and driving financial performance.

About the Role

  • Develop and implement credit strategies to drive business growth and profitability
  • Manage a high-performing team of credit professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent results
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective credit risk management and compliance
  • Monitor and analyze credit performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory changes, ensuring our credit function remains compliant and competitive

Requirements

  • Proven experience in credit management, preferably in the energy retail industry
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and drive business decisions
  • Knowledge of credit risk management principles and regulatory requirements
