Caretaker Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Caretaker to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working outdoors and taking pride in their work.

  • This role involves maintaining the grounds and gardens, as well as performing various maintenance tasks across all park assets and facilities.
  • Our ideal candidate will have previous experience in grounds keeping and property maintenance, sound computer skills, and the ability to safely operate equipment.
  • In addition to these key skills, we are looking for someone with excellent time management skills, great communication and relationship building skills, and a positive attitude.

Responsibilities:

  1. Maintenance of grounds and gardens
  2. Upkeep of park assets and facilities
  3. Front Office administration
  4. Daily park operational tasks including on-call shifts

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in grounds keeping and property maintenance
  • Sound computer skills
  • Ability to safely operate equipment
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Great communication and relationship building skills
  • Pool maintenance experience an advantage
  • Current driver's license essential
