Job Title: WHS Administration and Coordination Specialist
We are seeking a skilled WHS administration and coordination specialist to provide administrative support, advice, and guidance in the delivery of workforce services, programs, and initiatives within a government organisation.
The ideal candidate will have solid experience in WHS, providing advice on workforce management policies and practices, coordinating recruitment, and analysing workforce data.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide administrative support to HSW team members as required.
- Assist with incident investigations for worker incidents and hazards reported through the incident management system.
- Offer user support and troubleshooting for HSW-related systems.
- Monitor compliance with mandatory HSW training and certificates.
- Support the onboarding process for new users to HSW systems and tools.
- Experience working in the Public Sector as a WHS advisor is essential.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills, with a focus on stakeholder engagement.
