This position reports directly to the Regional Services Director and does not involve people management responsibilities.

A Day in This Role
  • Deliver projects valued between $100K and $1M, aligning with the Objective Project Management Methodology and adhering to our framework.
  • Manage project planning, budget management, risk assessment, issue resolution, personnel coordination, client relationship management, commercial issue resolution, and testing coordination.
  • Set work tasks, review consultant deliverables, and provide ongoing feedback to consultants.
  • Foster long-term customer satisfaction across assigned customers, promoting relationships between the project team and the customer.
  • Ensure successful execution of assigned tasks within the prescribed framework, including all deliverables.
  • Meet customer timelines and budgets while delivering the intended business outcome.
  • Collaborate with the Regional Services Director to contribute timely reporting, accurate forecasting, and resource planning assistance.
Your Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong IT project management experience with projects ranging from $100K to $1M.
  • Extensive involvement in framing, planning, and completing implementation projects.
  • Strong consulting experience, preferably from a product background, with an excellent understanding of the end-to-end consulting process.
  • Formal project management accreditation e.g. PRINCE2, PMBOK is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Capacity to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Self-motivated and resilient, with the ability to adapt to unexpected changes and challenges.
  • Highly analytical with creative and effective problem-solving skills.
  • Timely decision-making abilities, considering risks, evaluating alternatives, and applying judgment.
