Ski Experience Director

As a Ski Service Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of ski instructors and ensuring the quality of customer relations. You will also be in charge of managing and maintaining the ski park to provide customers with equipment that is adapted, adjusted and safe.
About This Role
This role involves leading a team of ski coaches and ensuring they are able to provide top-notch service to our customers. You will work closely with your team to develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty. You will also be responsible for managing the financial performance of your department and ensuring compliance with Club Med's health and safety rules.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Manage a team of ski coaches (3 to 5 employees)
- Be responsible for your department's financial results
- Manage and maintain the ski park to provide customers with equipment that is adapted, adjusted and safe
- Ensure the quality of customer relations by reinforcing the Club Med culture and spirit
- Ensure compliance with Club Med's health and safety rules, as well as the upkeep of the property
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent leadership and communication skills. You will also need to be passionate about sports and willing to train others. You should have experience in a similar role and be familiar with Club Med's operations and policies.
