Job Title: Graphic Design and Submissions Assistant

BESIX Watpac is a leading Australian construction company with a rich history of delivering complex projects across various sectors. As a Graphic Design and Submissions Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our NSW Construction team in creating high-quality visual content and submissions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the Submissions Manager and New Business Team to prepare expressions of interest, tenders, presentations, and events.
  • Develop and design submissions, tenders, and proposals that align with BESIX Watpac's brand and design requirements.
  • Proofread and edit all copy details and proof print materials.
  • Assist with company branding, including promotional items, client gifting, and project site branding, working with external suppliers as needed.
  • Support the Senior Leadership Team and National Marketing Manager in preparing and coordinating events in NSW.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Graphic Design or a related field, or relevant experience.
  • Experience in a graphics design or submissions-based role.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and other applications, including Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to manage multiple complex tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
