Senior Nurse Practitioner

Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Clinical Nurse Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in the field of anaesthetics.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, implement and evaluate anaesthetic nursing care
- Ensure all activities are conducted in accordance with relevant standards and guidelines
- Provide education, support and mentorship to junior nursing staff
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to improve patient outcomes
Requirements:
- Skills in Anaesthetics Nursing, Clinical assessment and Patient care
- Experience in developing and implementing nursing care plans
- Ability to mentor and support junior nursing staff
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
- Knowledge of National Safety and Quality Health Services (NSQHS) standards
- Advanced knowledge of surgical technologies and practices
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field
- Current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (NMBA)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a clinical specialist role within anaesthetics
