About Our ClientCC Medical is partnering with a leading public healthcare provider to find experienced Cardiac Cath Lab or Coronary Care Unit Registered Nurses.
Referral AwardWe encourage referrals from our network, even if the referred candidate is not actively looking for a new opportunity. If the referred candidate works for 6 weeks or more, the referrer will receive a $500 cash reward.
Job Details- Hourly Rate: $70 to $85 per hour, plus penalty rates
- Contract Length: ASAP start, with a guaranteed 38 to 40 hours per week
- Location: ACT
- Travel Reimbursement: Provided
- Accommodation: Private and pet-friendly options available
The Cardiac Catheter Laboratory is a clinical specialty area that performs a range of cardiac diagnostic, interventional, and electrophysiology procedures. Our laboratory is staffed and equipped to provide a 24-hour service for patients with acute and chronic cardiac conditions.
The Cardiac Catheter Laboratory also includes a Day Procedure Unit, operating Monday to Friday from 07:00 to 18:00 hours, with on-call coverage for STEMI activation outside of business hours.
ResponsibilitiesRegistered Nurses are key members of the multidisciplinary team, caring for patients admitted to the Cardiac Catheter Laboratory.
Requirements- Experience in the public sector is advantageous
- Experience in STEMI is required
- Cardiac rehab experience is advantageous for CCU
- Minimum 2 years' experience in the clinical area is required
We also have opportunities in General Surgery/Neuromedical ward (Stroke, Endocrinology, and Infectious Diseases) and Haemodialysis Registered Nurses.
