  • Manage and mentor a team of engineers, providing guidance, coaching, and feedback to ensure career growth and success.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with a focus on cloud infrastructure.
  • Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and driving innovation.
  • Strong understanding of ITIL processes, change management, release management, and configuration management.
  • Knowledge of database concepts, SQL, and MS Office.
