**Industrial Electrician Position Available**

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Industrial Electrician to join our team in Dandenong South. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out electrical maintenance, repairs, and installations across automated production lines.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of electrical safety standards and site-specific safety procedures. They will also possess excellent fault-finding and troubleshooting abilities, with the ability to interpret electrical schematics and technical drawings.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Performing scheduled and unscheduled electrical maintenance on manufacturing equipment
  • Troubleshooting and repairing electrical faults on PLC-controlled machinery
  • Assisting with installation, upgrades, and commissioning of new plant and equipment
  • Supporting continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability and reduce downtime

Requirements:

  • A-Grade Electrical license
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience within food manufacturing industry in an Electrical, Electromechanical or Dual Trade position
  • Strong fault-finding and troubleshooting abilities in high-speed or automated production environments
  • Working knowledge of PLC troubleshooting and programming
  • Ability to interpret electrical schematics and technical drawings
