Job Role: Service Advisor Mercedes-Benz Toowong

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Service Advisor to join our team at a leading dealership in Brisbane, AU.

Main Responsibilities
  • Greet and assist customers for the service department, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring their satisfaction with the vehicle's status.
  • Explain service options and processes to customers, ensuring they understand the services provided.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues to schedule and complete necessary repairs, meeting deadlines and ensuring timely completion of work.
  • Order parts as required, managing inventory levels and ensuring efficient supply chain management.
  • Update customer databases and complete relevant paperwork, maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Implement manufacturer and dealership warranty policies effectively, providing high-quality services that meet or exceed customer expectations.
  • Prepare Repair Orders and Job Sheets, ensuring prompt invoicing and accurate accounting.
Key Requirements
  • Prior experience as a Service Advisor is highly regarded, but not essential; we welcome applications from candidates with transferable skills and experience.
  • The ability to work cooperatively in a team environment and autonomously within a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills, ensuring effective use of time and resources.
  • Strong computer and literacy skills, proficient in using software and systems to manage customer data, track work orders, and maintain accurate records.
