Ravenswood School for Girls is a prestigious educational institution that values the well-being of its students, staff, and community. We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager Assistant to join our Finance Department in a permanent full-time capacity.

The successful candidate will assist the Payroll Manager with the processing of bi-monthly payroll, perform the full payroll function on rotation, and prepare monthly payroll reconciliation, daily bank account reconciliations, and corporate credit card accounts.

In addition, the role involves assisting with month-end processes, including balance sheet reconciliations and cash flow management, as well as supporting the annual audit and budget preparation.

We require strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and Word, as well as experience in Synergetic. A Bachelor of Business or Accounting Degree, or equivalent, is essential, and currently completing or a desire to complete CA/CPA qualification is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Payroll Manager with bi-monthly payroll processing
  • Perform full payroll function on rotation
  • Prepare monthly payroll reconciliation
  • Conduct daily bank account reconciliations
  • Prepare and reconcile corporate credit card accounts
  • Assist with month-end processes
