About the Role:

  • Maintain and optimize six websites, ensuring seamless integration with other Council systems and resolving technical issues in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate tasks with external providers as needed to ensure continuous improvement and optimization of digital media and website activities.
  • Develop and implement digital content, including videos, social media, and online advertising, to enhance user engagement and experience.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to stakeholders, responding to inquiries within established service level agreements.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to identify trends and provide insights to optimize digital outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Possess a Diploma of Applied Information Technology or Cert IV in Information Technology (web development) with relevant experience in web development, content management systems, and video production.
  • Have sound analytical skills, with the ability to identify trends and provide actionable advice to improve digital outcomes.
  • Be highly communicative and interpersonal, with strong customer focus and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
