We are looking for a proactive individual with a strong technical aptitude to join our team as a Spare Parts Coordinator. This role is responsible for providing after-sales spare parts to our Australian customers, managing returned products, and overseeing warehouse stock.
Responsibilities:- Maintain accurate knowledge of Rubicon products, tools, and systems.
- Create and manage quotes, sales orders, and part supplies.
- Organize freight and manage warehouse stock for spare parts and field services.
- Collaborate with the finance team to address pricing gaps and enhance sales revenue.
- Process customer returns and coordinate repairs when necessary.
The successful candidate will have a solid understanding of DC electrical and mechanical principles, be proficient with computers and office software, and possess exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.
