We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Swim Instructor to join our team at Belgravia Health & Leisure Group Pty Ltd. As a Swim Instructor, you will be responsible for teaching effective swimming and water safety techniques to students of all ages and skill levels.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality swimming lessons to students in a safe and supportive environment
- Develop and implement lesson plans that cater to the needs of students with diverse abilities and learning styles
- Provide feedback and guidance to students to help them improve their swimming skills
- Work collaboratively with other instructors and staff to ensure a smooth and efficient operation of the swim program
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance
- Current AustSwim Certificate – Teaching of Swimming and Water Safety
- Current First Aid (Level 2) & Current CPR Certificate
- Working With Children Check (or equivalent) & National Police Check
- Previous experience in a comparable role is highly regarded
