Aircraft Coating Specialist

In this role, you will be responsible for inspecting and preparing surfaces of aircraft panels/component surfaces, removing surface coatings and light corrosion from aircraft or aircraft components, and applying paints and specialty coatings via various methods (spraying, rolling and brushing). You will also be required to apply stencils, decals and aircraft specific markings, livery and registrations, and perform rectification work involving the preparation and painting of aircraft components.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years' experience in automotive or aircraft painting, similar experience in other aviation industry position or in related industry, and the ability to demonstrate sound knowledge of quality assurance procedures. They will also have excellent time management skills and a proven ability to effectively manage self and others.
