We are seeking an experienced HVAC Technician to join our Property Operations Team at Echo Entertainment Group.
Key Responsibilities- Attend to mechanical maintenance requests in a timely and efficient manner.
- Ensure prompt and polite execution of hotel guest needs throughout the Casino & Hotel.
- Diagnose and repair HVAC systems, refrigeration units, and boilers.
- Work collaboratively with the Property Operations Team to maintain a safe and efficient working environment.
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and optimize system performance.
- Trade certificate in mechanical trade.
- Compliance with QBCC regulatory requirements.
- Previous experience in a logistic support role with engineering or maintenance.
- Demonstrated working knowledge and experience in fault diagnostic.
- Capability to identify hazards and risks and provide appropriate control measures.
- Knowledge of various types of machinery and equipment.
- Experience with BMS or similar control systems and an understanding of commercial HVAC systems.
- A Permanent, Full Time position in Gold Coast.
- Potential for overtime.
