Job Overview

A Beginner Coach is an energetic and enthusiastic gymnastics professional who provides a supportive and safe environment for children to develop their gymnastics skills, build confidence, and have fun.

This role requires the ability to break down complex skills into simple steps, provide positive reinforcement, and communicate effectively with young children and their parents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute structured lesson plans that are engaging and progressive.
  • Manage a group of young children, maintain focus, and ensure a productive and safe environment.
  • Provide constructive corrections and support to help children improve their gymnastics skills.
Requirements
  • Recognized gymnastics coaching certification (international accepted).
  • Proven experience coaching or teaching children in the 4-10 age range.
  • Solid understanding of basic gymnastics progressions for preschool and beginner-level skills on all apparatus.
