About Home Care Support Workers

Job Overview:

We are seeking dedicated professionals to provide care and support services for elderly individuals in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with daily living activities, including domestic support, meal preparation, personal care, and community access and participation
  • Work collaboratively with clients to develop personalized plans to achieve their goals and enhance their quality of life
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on client progress and outcomes
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Certificate III in Individual Support is a mandatory requirement
  • 6+ months experience in the sector is desirable but not essential
  • Australian driver's licence is required for transporting clients between locations
  • Reliable vehicle for transportation (kilometres are reimbursed)
  • Current First Aid and CPR certification or willingness to obtain
  • Vaccination against COVID-19 and current Flu
