## Property Leasing Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Leasing Consultant to join our dynamic Property Management team in the Inner West region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for handling rental inquiries, conducting open homes, and leasing properties to ensure maximum exposure and results.

### Key Responsibilities

* Handle and address all rental inquiries in a timely and professional manner
* Conduct open homes to showcase properties to potential tenants
* Conduct reference checks on potential tenants to ensure a smooth leasing process
* Lease properties to secure new tenants and maximize rental income
* Process rental applications and assist the Property Management team with ad hoc duties

### Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a passionate and motivated individual who is ready to grow their Real Estate career. A Certificate of registration is essential, as well as a reliable car and valid driver's license. The ideal candidate will possess excellent attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and high communication skills, both written and verbal. They will also be able to work in a fast-paced environment and provide great customer service.
