About the Role

This is a permanent position on an 8:6/7:7 rotating day/night shift roster, with flexible FIFO or DIDO arrangements from various locations. As the Short Interval Controller, you will be responsible for guiding and driving the Operations team to meet daily, weekly and monthly targets.

Key responsibilities include leading and promoting safe work practices, controlling and adjusting plans in real-time, working closely with Supervisors to build shift plans and manage schedule deviations, and maintaining accurate records to track compliance.

About You

You will have experience and demonstrate capability in underground mining operations, including a strong background in Weekly and Daily shift planning, excellent communication and teamwork skills, and confident data interpretation and decision-making.

Trade or Degree qualification, or significant industry experience in Underground Operations, is required, along with a current drivers' license.
