As a Front of House Superstar, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, creating memorable experiences for our guests, and working collaboratively with our team to achieve our goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Host a variety of functions, including hen's and buck's parties, kid's birthdays, and corporate events
  • Welcome and engage with our guests, creating a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere
  • Work in our bar, serving creative cocktails and delicious food
  • Collaborate with our team to deliver the ultimate Funlab experience
Requirements
  • Uniqueness and a passion for fun
  • Energy, enthusiasm, and positivity
  • Customer service, hospitality, or retail experience, with a love for building customer rapport
  • A love of interacting with a diverse range of guests, including teens, kids, and adults
  • Great availability, including weekends and nights
