About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Stock Replenisher to join our team at Bernardi Group. As a key member of our supermarket team, you will be responsible for ensuring our shelves are fully stocked and our customers have an exceptional shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Stock and replenish shelves, racks, and bins with goods and products in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Provide excellent customer service to our valued customers, responding to their queries and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Assist in the timely and efficient break down of loads as they are delivered, ensuring that there is not too much stock on the shop floor at one time.
  • Rotate stock to ensure freshness and quality, and maintain a clean and organized stockroom.
  • Receive grocery deliveries, verifying order and invoice accuracy.
  • Participate in stock takes and other inventory management tasks as required.
  • Perform cleaning duties, including the disposal of boxes and cardboard as needed.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer service focus and ability to work effectively with customers.
  • Team player with a willingness to learn and develop.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in tasks.
  • Ability to work weekends and flexible hours as required.
  • Experience in retail sales an advantage.
  • Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
