Disability and Mental Health Support Specialist
">We are seeking a highly motivated and caring individual to provide individualized support to people with disabilities and mental health conditions. As a disability and mental health support specialist, you will be responsible for promoting independence and enabling participants to reach their full potential.
">You will work closely with our team to develop and implement support plans, providing emotional support, encouragement and guidance to participants. You will also be required to maintain accurate records and participate in ongoing training and professional development.
">Key Responsibilities:
">- Provide individualized support to people with disabilities and mental health conditions
">- Develop and implement support plans in collaboration with the care team
">- Maintain accurate records of participant progress and interactions
">- Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities
">Requirements:
">- Formal qualifications or experience in disability and mental health support
">- Valid Blue Card, Yellow Card/NDIS Worker Screening card and first aid certification
">- Passion for working with people with disabilities and mental health conditions
