About the Role

Investa is seeking an experienced Senior Property Manager to join our team on a 12-month fixed-term contract, covering parental leave. This exciting opportunity will see you responsible for managing and implementing our customer-centric property services in accordance with the Management Agreement to maximise the financial and operational performance of the portfolio.

As a highly autonomous role, you will be accountable for managing and building tenant relationships to improve tenant retention and enhance our reputation as a customer-focused business. You will also provide operational support to the Asset Managers and Investment Managers to ensure the effective performance and management of the Portfolio and the team.

Reporting to the Head of Property Management, this role will manage an A-Grade asset in Sydney's CBD.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a busy portfolio with multiple capital expenditure projects.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve tenant retention and enhance our reputation as a customer-focused business.
  • Provide operational support to the Asset Managers and Investment Managers to ensure the effective performance and management of the Portfolio and the team.
  • Manage and build tenant relationships to improve retention and enhance our services.
  • Prepare, manage, and monitor annual budget plans.
  • Provide timely and accurate reports to meet deadlines.
  • Manage time effectively and prioritise tasks to meet business needs.
Requirements
  • Qualification in property or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial property management, with a proven track record of delivering results.
  • Strong lease negotiation skills, with the ability to hold firm or compromise to reach an agreement that meets our business needs.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to provide clear and concise proposals and recommendations.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritise tasks to meet business needs.
  • Experience in preparing, managing, and monitoring annual budget plans.
  • Proficient in financial and property management systems, with advanced skills in Excel.
