Clinical Care Manager
">Job Description">The Clinical Manager will oversee the facility’s clinical operations and report directly to the Aged Care Facility Manager. They will be responsible for leading the clinical team to achieve high standards of care and managing the clinical staff team.
">Key Responsibilities:">- ">
- Provide full clinical oversight of the facility">
- Coordinate, educate and mentor the clinical staff">
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills of clinical staff">
- Report to Facility Manager on a regular basis">
- Maintain knowledge of continuous quality improvement principles and accreditation requirements">
To be successful in this role, you will require:
">Qualifications and Experience:">- ">
- Current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA">
- Tertiary qualifications in Health, Nursing or Social Sciences">
- Experience working closely with multidisciplinary teams">
- Experience working as a Clinical Care Manager">
- NDIS Worker Screening Clearance">
