Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Building Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our residential building. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the building is maintained to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of building maintenance, including repairs and renovations
  • Coordinate with contractors and vendors to ensure timely completion of tasks
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify and address any issues
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules to prevent equipment failures
  • Monitor and control building expenses to ensure budget compliance
  • Provide excellent customer service to residents and respond to their concerns in a timely manner
  • Collaborate with the property management team to ensure seamless operations
  • Attend meetings and communicate with stakeholders as required

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in building management or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred
