Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled HSE professional to join our team on a 319 Megawatt solar farm project in Victoria.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure compliance with all Health & Safety regulations and company policies.
  • Develop and implement HSE practices, systems, and procedures within the project.
  • Provide education and training to employees, contractors, and visitors on HSE matters.
  • Assist in identifying key areas for HSE improvement and develop strategies to address these.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety or equivalent.
  • Cert IV in Environmental Management.
  • Bachelor degree in Safety, Environment, Engineering, Project Management, or other associated disciplines.
  • ISO45001 and/or ISO 14001 Lead Auditor Qualification.
  • Previous experience as a HSE Practitioner in Construction and Engineering, heavy industry, or other high-risk industries.
