Senior Change Manager

This highly influential role will provide visionary leadership, expertise and mentorship to the existing Change Management team members and the wider Change Management community to develop and continuously improve this capability across the organisation.
Main Duties:
- Oversee the development of strategic program and project change management approaches, including the development of change team capability to execute these in the context of program/project needs.
- Analyse organisational impacts to determine the size and complexity of the change and associated risks, working closely with key stakeholders to ensure that they are addressed.
- Ensure Change Managers within the Change team can design program change strategies to support program delivery and outcome / benefit realisation.
- Identify innovation and service excellence opportunities that benefit the change management function and oversee their acceptance by relevant stakeholders and implementation into the organisation.
About You
The ideal candidate will hold a tertiary qualification in Business or a related field. An MBA or master's level degree is desirable. A minimum of 5 years' experience in leading Change Management functions or at a Change Advisor/Senior Change Management level on programs of significant national impact with complex change management requirements is required.
