Job Title: Childcare Educator

This position is ideal for an individual who is passionate about early education and childcare, with a strong commitment to providing high-quality care and education to young children.

As a member of our team, you will be responsible for implementing educational programs that promote the social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development of children. You will work closely with other educators to plan and deliver engaging and interactive learning experiences that cater to the diverse needs of our students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and provide the best possible education and care to our children.
  • Promote positive working relationships with our families and build trust through effective communication and collaboration.
  • Plan and implement learning opportunities that are tailored to the unique needs and interests of each child.
  • Provide a safe, healthy, nurturing, and stimulating learning environment that promotes children's physical and emotional well-being.

Requirements:

  • Valid Working with Children Check (WWC) certification.
  • Current First Aid Certificate.
  • Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care or equivalent qualification.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a childcare setting.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
