Product Manager Opportunity

As a seasoned product leader, you will drive the development of innovative payment solutions for small and medium-sized businesses. This role is ideal for those who enjoy shaping the future of product innovation and delivering high-quality products that resonate with clients.

The Product Manager in Chase Payment Solutions for SMBs will be responsible for acting as the voice of the customer and developing profitable products that provide customer value. You will lead the expansion of the proprietary Point of Sale (POS) system in Canada to grow the SMB line of business.

  • Develop a product strategy and product vision that delivers value to customers
  • Manage discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions and integrate them into the product roadmap
  • Own, maintain, and develop a product backlog that enables development to support the overall strategic roadmap and value proposition

The ideal candidate will have expertise in the Canadian POS domain across hardware, software, payment processing, and Canadian specific regulations and best practices. They will have successfully launched POS solutions across multiple provinces and territories in Canada and possess 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area.

A highly matrixed organization and complex projects are not daunting for the successful applicant. They must demonstrate advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics.
