This is a dynamic opportunity to join Alzheimer Scotland as a Centre Manager, playing a vital role in delivering our vision and making a meaningful difference in the lives of others. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team providing expert advice, listening services, opportunities for connection and learning, information on all stages of the brain health journey, and supportive environments for those affected by dementia.
You will work closely with our Centres Lead to develop and implement the ALOIS programme, ensuring its successful delivery and embedding it within daily practice. Your excellent leadership skills and ability to motivate and inspire your team will be essential in achieving our goals.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team providing Alzheimer Scotland's programme of support for people concerned about their brain health or affected by dementia.
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external partners to enhance service delivery.
- Line management responsibilities for staff within the Centre, including development and supporting a network of volunteers.
