Enrich the lives of clients with disabilities by providing support, guidance and encouragement in a caring and professional manner.

The role involves supporting clients with daily living and medical needs, encouraging independence and skill-building through various activities, and providing home-based support tailored to individual goals.

You will also be responsible for building positive, respectful relationships with clients and their families, handling challenges with empathy and problem-solving skills.

To succeed in this role, you will need strong communication and relationship-building skills, as well as the ability to prioritise and problem-solve under pressure.

A flexible availability, including shift work, weekends, public holidays and sleepovers is also essential.

We are looking for an individual who is resilient, adaptable and confident in supporting people from diverse backgrounds.

Experience supporting high-needs disability clients is highly desirable.
