Are you seeking a new challenge as a cleaning supervisor in Perth?

We are currently looking for an experienced, hands-on professional to join our team in the Claremont area.

As a cleaning supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of cleaners and ensuring that commercial sites are maintained to a high standard. This includes office buildings, shopping centers, airports, and schools.

Your role will be diverse and ever-changing, requiring you to be proactive and have a can-do attitude. You will work closely with clients, cleaners, and your area manager to ensure strong communication and relationships.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Hands-on experience in cleaning and supervision
  • Able to lead and motivate a team
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization

Beyond the daily tasks, you will also be responsible for training new staff, inspecting cleaner's rooms and buildings, maintenance reporting, machinery inspections and cleaning, and supervision and delivery of ad-hoc cleaning around the site.
