Job Description

As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a vital role in maintaining the smooth operation of our distribution centre. Your primary responsibility will be to load and track delivery runs, ensuring accurate and timely deliveries to customers.

You will also be responsible for maintaining a high standard of housekeeping within the branch and vehicles, as well as booking stock and handling over-the-counter retail trade sales.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Loading and accurately tracking delivery runs locally
  • Maintaining general housekeeping within the branch and vehicles
  • Booking stock – receiving and dispatching
  • Handling retail trade sales and customer quotes, delivering exceptional customer service

Additionally, you will assist with picking orders, warehousing, and stock control activities, as well as participate in general warehouse duties and stock takes.

Requirements and Qualifications
  • Great customer service skills
  • Professionally presented at all times
  • A current driver's license
  • A forklift license (preferable)
  • Basic computer skills
  • Commitment to learning and professional development
  • Previous customer service experience with confidence, initiative, and enthusiasm
