Delivering exceptional chiropractic care requires a dynamic and motivated professional to assist our practitioners in maintaining optimal office flow. This role involves appointment scheduling, patient relations, financial management, and administration. We are seeking an individual who is passionate about delivering outstanding service and committed to teamwork.

We provide comprehensive training to ensure your success in this role. The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

  • Booking appointment schedules and building strong relationships with patients
  • Managing accounts, financial agreements, and cash handling while ensuring seamless office operations
  • Assisting chiropractors to maintain optimal office efficiency and deliver exceptional customer service
  • Educating and supporting patients in their health journeys
  • Demonstrating adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced environment

This is a casual position with the flexibility to work split shifts and weekends. If you possess strong leadership skills and a dedication to the team, we encourage you to apply.
