We're seeking a skilled Customer Service Consultant to join our award-winning Customer Experience Team. As a key member of our team, you'll provide exceptional customer service and support to our customers across various contact channels.
Your primary responsibility will be to deliver an excellent level of customer service, ensuring that our customers receive the support they need to keep them safe and warm. This involves responding to customer contact across multiple channels, dealing with a variety of customer inquiries, and resolving issues efficiently.
You'll also play a vital role in supporting our gas connections customers at the start of their journey with us, assisting with applications over the phone, and generating work order requests for engineer visits. Additionally, you'll be responsible for logging contact received to best understand customer trends, patterns, and improvements.
To succeed in this role, you'll need to be a people person who is passionate about helping our customers. You'll be able to communicate clearly and effectively with internal and external stakeholders, as well as customers. Proven experience in managing customer expectations and problem-solving is essential.
