Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Data Analyst to join our team in driving continuous improvement culture and supporting evidence-based decision making.

In this pivotal role, you will liaise with stakeholders in understanding data requirements, visualising and developing insightful dashboards and assisting with the implementation of data into business processes. As part of your role, you will also be responsible for conveying compelling analysis to technical and non-technical stakeholders and transforming challenges into actionable initiatives.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure seamless data migration using Power Query and SQL and maintain high standards of data accuracy and reliability.
  • Develop robust data models and databases to support performance measurement and reporting of business outcomes
  • Develop and maintain insightful data dashboards and reports using Power BI, R or Python, presenting data trends, performance metrics, and KPIs to various stakeholders.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Data Science, Business Analytics, Engineering).
  • Minimum of 2-5 years of experience as a data analyst in the transport or logistics industry is preferred.
  • Proven expertise in visualising complex data sets using Power BI, and SQL.
  • Proficient in programming language such as Python, R or similar is preferred.
  • Possess strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, ensuring high accuracy and quality in deliverables.
