Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality care to elderly residents, including personal care, medication administration, and meal assistance
  • Promote a positive and supportive environment for residents, fostering a sense of community and well-being
  • Work effectively as part of a team to deliver exceptional care and services

Requirements:

  • Cert III or Cert IV in Aged Care (or equivalent)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with residents and colleagues
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including night shifts and morning availability
