About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Bookkeeper & Office Manager to join our team at Michael Page. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily financial transactions and bookkeeping operations, as well as managing payroll and administering employee benefits.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable and receivable, and general ledger
  • Prepare and review financial reports, including balance sheets and income statements
  • Ensure compliance with accounting regulations and company policies
  • Liaise with external auditors and tax advisors to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
  • Manage office supplies and oversee administrative staff
  • Participate in strategic planning and budgeting processes to drive business growth and efficiency
Requirements
  • Proficiency in bookkeeping software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Strong leadership skills with a hands-on approach
