
Australasia Sustainability Leader

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing Sustainability leadership and support to our facilities in the Australasia region.
- Implement and maintain effective Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment (QHSE) Management Systems across all facilities.
- Develop and implement WHS standards, programs, and metrics that align with industry requirements and support our overall H&S goals.
- Provide on-site support at individual plants, construction projects, quarries, and other facilities to ensure compliance with established standards, programs, and metrics.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance QHSE performance across the region.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement QHSE standards, programs, and metrics.
- Ensure timely reporting of HSE incidents, legal non-compliance, and customer complaints to Area Management and the Head of Sustainability.
- Prepare regular QHSE reports for the area management team and the Head of Sustainability, highlighting performance against objectives and key performance indicators.
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional with:
- Proven experience in Sustainability leadership and QHSE management.
- Strong knowledge of WHS standards, programs, and metrics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
