Job Description:">

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing Sustainability leadership and support to our facilities in the Australasia region.

  • Implement and maintain effective Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment (QHSE) Management Systems across all facilities.
  • Develop and implement WHS standards, programs, and metrics that align with industry requirements and support our overall H&S goals.
  • Provide on-site support at individual plants, construction projects, quarries, and other facilities to ensure compliance with established standards, programs, and metrics.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance QHSE performance across the region.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement QHSE standards, programs, and metrics.
Responsibilities:">
  1. Ensure timely reporting of HSE incidents, legal non-compliance, and customer complaints to Area Management and the Head of Sustainability.
  2. Prepare regular QHSE reports for the area management team and the Head of Sustainability, highlighting performance against objectives and key performance indicators.

  • Strong knowledge of WHS standards, programs, and metrics.
